We are here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Our Services

Therapeutic / Deep Tissue Massage

With a physical goal in mind, we will use a blend of deeper modalities (neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, stretching, etc.) to provide soft tissue release. Communication is key- this session is meant to result in relief!

Sports Massage

Jada is now offering Sports Massage!

Pre-Event: Massage/Bodywork to get the body and muscles ready for your event! Invigorating modalities are performed to prepare an athlete's body by enhancing flexibility and blood flow.

Post-Event/General: Sports massage designed to target muscle tension, enhance recovery, and improve flexibility. Ideal for athletes or individuals seeking focused care to support active lifestyles.

Relaxation Massage

Great for stress release and some you-time. Pressure can be light, moderate, or heavy with some physical tension release.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage may be relaxing or therapeutic. A pregnancy pillow is used to allow the face-down (prone) position during the session. Side-lying may also be used depending on comfort. Clearance from a healthcare provider is recommended beforehand.

Couples Massage

We offer couples massage on Wednesday evenings! You and your significant other (or bestie!) can enjoy the massage experience together in the same private room. Each client has their own licensed massage therapist, and each massage is tailored to the individual’s needs. This service is not bookable online, so please call or text us at 701-715-8179 and our friendly receptionist will get your appointment reserved!

Hot Stones

Used as an add-on, we will provide a blend of hands and hot stones. Hot stones are excellent for both relaxation and aiding in soft tissue manipulation. They are used to promote blood flow and heat muscle. Stones are heated to 110-130 degrees Fahrenheit and are moved in a similar rhythm/movement as massage strokes.

Cupping

Used as an add-on to any service, cupping can provide further relief of soft tissue tension using suction. Great for pain relief and inflammation, cupping is an ancient alternative medicine. It is not recommended on any active skin conditions or if blood thinners are consistently taken.

Raindrop Technique

Using Young Living Essential Oils, this is a bodywork and energy technique that creates harmony physically, mentally, and emotionally. A series of essential oils is massaged into the feet and along the spine, allowing the receiver to especially benefit from each individual essential oil. Altogether this creates relaxation, detoxification, rejuvenation.
